前台送了孩子玩具車和雨傘，免費升級了房間，視野很開闊，房間也很大，贈送了水果，配有泳池和充電車位，早餐中規中矩。比較意外的是房間放了兩本台州文化的書，非常喜歡。地下停車庫比較繞，儘量停路面。總的來説性價比在當地來説很高。

預訂酒店時，酒店設施裏並沒有標明泳池維修，不能使用。等辦理入住時也沒有主動提醒，等到我們安頓好準備去游泳時，才發現泳池改造不能使用。那如果不能游泳，我可以選擇的酒店太多了，何必到這裏來住。炎熱的夏日，有泳池但不能正常使用的酒店，是不完整的酒店！
一碼歸一碼，工作人員服務態度還是好的，前台，客房服務，餐廳都是好的。
家庭房內的小童洗漱用品很全，是一整個套裝，是免費的使用的。
早餐由於用餐人很多，多少有點忙不過來，空盤有不少，沒有及時補充，餐桌收拾不仔細，桌布有些很臟，留了很多上一桌客人的餐食碎屑，地上也有點臟臟的……

酒店地理位置優越，離天台瀑布景區近，周邊商業很多，吃飯方便。房間超乎想象的大，開心超人主題小朋友很喜歡，衞生間還專門配了小童用洗漱用品。自助早餐中西結合，品種豐富。入住當天本來想去吃酒店的自助餐的，無奈工作日沒有，遺憾錯過！下次來天台還住這家！

作為曾經的星級酒店從業者，我從幾個方面提點建議:
1、通往酒店負三的停車場燈光較暗，對於第一次到酒店客人來説容易迷失方向。
2、我是帶嬰兒入住的，我們的那個房間有明顯煙味，並且布草上有毛髮。
3、其中1516房的廊燈是壞掉的狀態，請貴酒店工程部及時維修。
4、兩間房的開關按鍵鬆鬆垮垮感覺會掉下來。
5、入住酒店第三天早晨我們是8:45到達自助餐廳吃早餐，碰到如下問題:
一、水吧區域果汁沒有了，也沒有後續添加。
二、水果區域水果補充較慢，並且水果操作間工作人員，切水果沒有戴廚師帽口罩（7.8號）
三、7.9號早上煮麪區域澆頭估清，衹有肉燥，但是肉燥是剛從冰箱裏取出的，下面卡式爐也沒氣無法進行加熱。
當然前廳部也有好的一面，就是看見我們帶小孩，給了玩具，但是希望在今後做房卡的時候，把之前樓層清掉再做，我們的房卡刷梯控時會跳出兩個樓層，一個6樓，一個我們的15樓。
正值暑假希望貴酒店努力改進，在高峯期迎來更多旅客，並給旅客留下一段好體驗增加復購率。

位置很好，交通方便，附近吃的很多。酒店本身就有一個很大的餐廳，海鮮種類豐富。酒店房間也比較大。在天台住酒店還是推薦。

療休養住的一家酒店，體驗非常不錯。 床很寬，睡着很舒服。衞生間裏乾濕分離徹底，超級大，有浴缸，花灑OK，洗澡很舒服。 洗手間枱子很棒，護膚品一字鋪開，很OK。 房間很寬敞。 早上的早飯選擇很多，味道不錯，吃到扶牆。 可以選擇的好酒店。

可以説早餐是我住過的酒店最差的，沒有之一。餐廳有人吸煙！所有的果汁都是調兑摻水的劣質飲品。服務員添補食物例如南瓜餅，油條，麻球之類的全部光手抓上去的。泳池在b1，最臟最臭的泳池，沒有之一。房間沒有浴袍讓客房服務送居然説沒有，後來説從別的房間拿了一條給我們！！！
